Hatha Vidya announces 300 Hours Online and Residential Yoga Teachers Training (YTT) course offered with a unique combination through Online platform for five months along residential learning for one month under the direct guidance of Acharya Bala.

The course will enable one to attain physical, mental, and spiritual well-being and set the right foundation for yoga.

Program Details

The course is meticulously designed by Acharya Bala, an eminent Master of Yoga.
Traditional Hatha Yoga, based on classical Yoga texts.
A completely traditional approach, based on one-to-one teaching.
The course is intended to be a stepping stone to prepare one fully independent in their yogic path, ideal for seekers who want to live their life to the fullest.
6 months course – 5 months online and 1 month residential in India under the direct guidance of Acharya Bala.
The program includes 84 Classical Asanas, various Pranayama techniques, Meditation Techniques, Relaxation Techniques, Cleansing Processes, Yoga Philosophy based on classical Yogic Texts, and Teaching Methodology.
Customization of practices according to one’s health issues and body limitations.

The 300 Hours YTT course is accredited by Yoga Alliance International, a globally recognized certification, and one-time payment, without any renewal.

Teaching Assistance and Correction

We provide a special training session to teachers to correct and assist students. Also, we provide a teaching platform to get hands-on experience in teaching for the graduating teacher trainees

Our Unique Offerings

Our practices are taught under Guru Shishya Approach, where everyone is taught one-onone basis.
Start-up kit including Yoga uniform (1set), 1 yoga mat cover, course textbooks, notebooks,stationery, and cleansing equipment for kriyas.
Access to all the workshops conducted for six months.
An opportunity to directly interact with Acharya Bala, who will detail the theory of the subject and counsel the students through six months of the program. And one month residential training under the guidance of Acharya Bala to firm all your learnings.
