Yoga Teacher Training

All participants in the course must be at least eighteen years old. It is not required to have any prior yoga experience to enroll in this course. The techniques can be tailored if you have any health concerns or pre-existing problems.Only those who have personally benefited from yoga can truly instruct others.

12 Years of Sadhana
As individuals progress through various life phases and engage in human behaviors, they encounter a range of emotions. In addition to our normal kids yoga courses, Hatha Vidya offers 'Nishtha,' a lovely program created by our Acharya just for young children aged 5 to 12.
